I've ordered two discount packers from Gramma's Sausages and had a great experience with both. The first one I got was an F3OG Knobelwurst and the second was a Basic STP Chorizo (prior to the Basic formula change). The Knobelwurst was my first packer, and is currently my daily driver. He is super comfy and has held up very well, even after 7 months. The Chorizo, on the other hand, unfortunately had a pretty bad tear on the scrotum and I have yet to patch it. As a result, it's hard for me to say whether or not the STP feature of the packer works well.

I have sensitive skin and I use either a harness, jockstrap, or KT tape (QTP's Gender Grip) to pack, since my Knobelwurst lacks a tab. I found packing with the Chorizo to be a little difficult because of its firmness (since the shaft is made from the old Basic formula), but jeez, it looked amazing!

Shipping was blazing fast for the Knobelwurst and I received him basically instantly despite it being the holiday season, while there was a bit of a delay for the Chorizo because Gramma ran out of Spouti devices (they did inform me of this, though!).

My era of ordering discount packers is coming to a close, as I've just now ordered a custom 3D Andoilette, so we'll see how that goes. Overall, I encourage anyone interested in soft packers to have at least one Gramma's Sausages, and I specifically recommend trying the F3OG <3

Excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries. Wish I didn't have to deal with UPS as I could have got the prosthetic days sooner.

The BRUHwurst packer itself is decent. I wouldn't say it's anything spectacular according to Reddit, but it does its job and there's no obvious boner which is a plus considering how other prosthetics look. However, it does look quite realistic and feels good when packing.

Super soft and greatly realistic: my new BRUH-wurst (cut) with 3D balls has an inner shaft and floating testes inside. The F3+ formula is wildly better than the standard silicone packers I’ve purchased elsewhere. It feels like real skin and is soft and comfortable in the pants.

God forbid someone drop this packer in a field — people will think there’s a new Lorena Bobbitt on the loose.

Additionally, the play underwear I bought from Gramma has the softest waistband and holds the packer perfectly in my pants and also keeps it from dropping to the ground when I pull my pants and the underwear down. They strike the perfect balance of keeping the packer snuggly near to me while also not shaking loose or irritating my skin. I’ve tried several other packing options and these underwear are the best.

Gramma is a class act and communicates along the way and even puts a note in the box. I’m sold. Gramma is the only supplier of my packers. No one else I’ve seen is cooking up this kind of quality in the lab. I love being a part of Gramma’s family.

The wait it took to ship was 100% worth it for how amazing it looks, the silicone feels very realistic and it packs great.

I love my Vienna packer!! As a shorter person (5’3”), this one fits my body so well and doesn’t make me look ridiculous. I get so much euphoria from how I look with it on and I feels like me!!

Additionally, Andrew is incredibly kind. My order was a basic Vienna in mid roast, however when I opened the box I saw two!!! Apparently mine was late to be shipped out so Andrew included a bonus Vienna that had a very minor defect.

I will definitely order again in the future!!

First time ordering one of gramma’s.. definitely did not disappoint! Got the f3+ andoilette with no testies, light roast w/ paint. Shipped about 9 weeks after order date but was well worth the wait!

Very soft material, percect amount of squish for what i was looking for - i think adding testies would add to realistic feel but i prefer a soft sack! Inner core is subtle but definitely noticeable and gives a very affirming feel when wearing/using/handling the guy. It seems to match body temperature so well which helps to feel like its really connected to me. Packs wonderfully and looks so natural in underwear. Perfect for the gym as my previous go-to packer (stp) was far too firm for physical activities and locker room changing.

I was concerned about the amount of buldge i would get (5’4”, 140#) but it is just right. Bought mine with a tab and probably should have opted to have it removed but that can always be trimmed later.

Overall - i love this guy and i’ve only had it for like a day and a half. Definitely can tell this is not going to be my last sausage from gramma! :+)

from the moment i got the packer, i could already tell how much care went into every step. my vienna basic plus (with added realistic paint job) has literally been my daily packer for the last week and a half. the paint job is splendid and the texture and size of the packer itself makes it easy to use for any situation/clothing. i used to use a little handmade packer i made out of a spare shoulder pad from my friend's blazer-- my god this is a step up, it was worth every cent. thank u gramma <3

Wow !! Amazingly realistic and comfortable. I just got my Bratwurst sausage from Gramma today and it was totally worth the wait!! I have never had a STP or packer this comfortable and that had such a realistic feel. The color is spot on and the vein and wrinkle detail are top notch. Gramma definitely knows her sausage! very good quality product, the color isn’t exactly right (lighter than it looked on the website) and the part where the flap was removed is a little harsh and jagged, but otherwise no issues

I waited to review for a bit to make sure I had an informed opinion about my new packer, but I can say it's excellent. The material has a unique texture but very soft and skin like without having to worry about talc powder/corn starch. Easy to clean, though you do need to be gentle if you're drying your packer off with a cloth as I guess I managed to pull a bit too hard on the shaft and it caused a couple of very hairline rips. I do wish I had known a bit better before that, but I hope this information can help others in the future. Other than that the outer texture is very squishy and does have a very skin-like texture.
Paint job is very lovely, I went with realism and I give it a 10/10. (So much so that I realized very embarrassingly I should keep my door shut if I ever leave it on my desk haha).
I personally have sensitive skin which is why I opted to save up and get a silicone packer, and this doesn't irritate any of my skin. It doesn't pull or catch with the skin tab and have had no chafing.
For me personally as this is my first silicone packer & professionally produced packer, I think it also looks more natural in the pants. It doesn't take a lot of fiddling or adjusting or fixing to look natural without looking like you've got a half boner all day lmao.
