Gramma is the best. First class product and customer service. Not sure about sizes or styles Dick can answer any of your questions in a timely manner. I have made several purchases and I will be back based on the quality of my items and Interactions. I wish all company’s had this kind of care for their customers. Gramma, you’re MY favorite.

Very nice and helpful. The product is amazing!

So many packers I’ve had before have just been waaay too massive. As a small guy, it’s hard to know what will work and what won’t, but these look so good! I got the beanie weenie and kochwurst after looking through all the product specs and images side by side, which were really helpful to have all in one place to compare. Checkout and shipping was quick and simple.
The product quality is fantastic. Both packers are very soft and squishy. The F3 kochwurst feels very realistic, and both packers look natural when I’m wearing them. Little details like asymmetry in the balls really make these fantastic to wear. I’m looking forward to using these day-to-day; gramma even included a surprise patch/repair kit with my order! Very satisfied with this shop!

This is such a great company with great products and customer service! 10/10 would recommend for your packer needs; they have so many options and the packers I have from them are so comfortable and well made. Definitely would buy from Gramma again should I want something different!

Best packer company ever. Inexpensive

Got a basic beanie weenie in January (new formula) as my first packer and I can’t describe the impact it has made in my life. Way softer and more realistic than I was expecting (made a budget purchase) and amazing customer service. (Gramma threw in a bonus that had an under-filled mold that I am incredibly grateful for and has been much appreciated). Hope to get another Grammas packer in the future!

I am a consumer who has used various types of packer from numerous countries. The purchasing experience at grammassausages can be described as a gift in itself. Due to international shipping, I had several concerns during the purchasing process (customer service made me even more fond of gramma), but upon receiving the product, I only regretted not rushing to purchase my sausage sooner. The colors, textures felt in hand, thickness, etc., are so perfect that they make my day happy. Even my girlfriend also loves grammasassage soooooo much. This purchase is truly worth the money. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The metawust is the perfect packer for me, doubly so when it’s painted- which gramma offered for free!! Meta is definitely in the cards for me someday, but I’m so grateful for this packer.
There is a slight defect on the back, a thin layer of silicone is missing in one spot- but doesn’t bother me and it’s worth it anyway. Hopefully I won’t need to patch it anytime soon. Anyway, please get this if you want a packer resembling meta!!!

I got the Frank f3+ with the movable balls. After 2 weeks of packing with it, my opinion:

This is amazing! Very happy with the size & appearance of the bulge in all different the types of pants I wear. It moves naturally and looks natural. I have darker skin and have trouble when it comes to choosing a color, but this one matches my skin tone perfect. When I look down, I really feel like I'm looking at my own dong. This packer is really helping my dysphoria a lot. I feel way more comfortable being pants-less in locker rooms and even just my own house lol. I'm thoroughly impressed!

I've only ever had 1 packer before, the banana stp so the difference in weight is quite alot. The realism is great! I got the frank and wow is this thing beefy! Like I said, only ever hollow stp so very different. Got some getting use to,but I love it!. Also got the laulau, but haven't used that yet ;)
Very happy with this and the quality is amazing. Made a bit of a dent in my wallet because of the AUD and USD difference but I was expecting that. Would buy again!

Another successful purchase! This is my 4th, or maybe 5th Gramma's Sausages purchase. I am once again thrilled with my purchase. I was a little sad to see that the new website no longer has an account option, and therefore any past purchases or discounts are lost to time - but I understand that with a growing business and the strides Andrew has made in this niche market, changes must come and go :)

I got the Vienna Dual Density, I’ve had my prosthetic for a few days and I have to say. It is the best prosthetic I’ve bought and the euphoria it’s given me is unmatched. It’s just the right amount of squishy, great weight, and a natural looking bulge. Amazing customer service, I was having some difficulties during checkout and Dick was incredibly helpful and kind. I will definitely be buying from Grammas again. For sure worth it.
