I purchased a customized pack n' play this summer. It arrived on time and was gorgeous--a beautiful blend of pink and purple swirls! Better yet, it's months later and my girlfriend has finally admitted my Gramma's pack n' play is her favorite dildo. It's exactly the right blend of soft and hard, which is amazing since typical dildos are usually a little too hard for her to be strapped with the way she likes.

As a short and skinny man my issues with packers have always been they’re too big, don’t feel realistic to the touch, or lastly they don’t look real enough.

the Vienna Sausage fits all of those needs and more! This little guy is the perfect size for me, the duel density is so much softer than I was expecting and feels very nice through clothing! Gramma also air brushed painted, deshined, and added a vein detailing to him!! He looks so realistic when he’s against my body it looks like my actual dick! I’ve had this packer for a while now with no tears or issues. He pack’s comfortable and discreet while also making a slight natural bulge in thin pants, I’m extremely happy with the Vienna sausage and highly recommend him for anyone that wants a small realistic dick :)

So lifelike!! The details, texture and feel is gorgeous. Got the Big Sal with the core feature and it’s perfect. Gives a nice bulge, not too big…very realistic. Worn with reg underwear , pouch and packer briefs.. all work well. Not too heavy either. Can’t get over the realistic squish and skin feel. It’s truly a beautiful packer.
This company truly cares. The handwritten note was especially nice , makes you feel cared for as a customer.

I ordered a premade Brot 2.0 from Gramma and it is the most beautiful packer I've ever owned! I've tried many from other brands over the years and nothing has come close to what Gramma makes.
The F3+ core is phenomenal technology, the detail work and casting is amazing, the realism is unmatched. The whole feel of this sausage is the most realistic I've experienced.
Customer service is top notch, and I'm already a repeat customer! So happy to have found someone who is so passionate about their work and care for the community. 1000/10 can't wait to buy more!!

I have made multiple purchases over the last year as new product features have been released, and it is wonderful to see a company that is so in tune with the needs of their clientele. The care that goes into each prosthetic is unrivaled, and Gramma does everything she can to keep prosthetics accessible to everyone and meet individual requests. The customization options available are an excellent option for those able to invest a bit more and receive an extremely affirming product.

Made exactly how I was hoping! Was skeptical ordering from a site I was unfamiliar with, but am extremely happy with the results. It took around two months for it to arrive.

Came sooner than I was expecting. Great quality. Feels good knowing I’m supporting my community.

The quality of the product is exceptional! I purchased the Frank and the sculpting is incredible. The texture is wonderful, affirming, and comfortable. Since I didn’t have the cash for a detailed product, I went with the Frank basic, and the realism still blows me away! There was an error in my package, but Gramma was quick to correct the issue and send me the correct items. Although the item was estimated to be delivered in 8 weeks, they delivered in 2! 5/5! Will certainly use again if needed and would recommend to anyone.

GRAMMA SAUS HAS DONE IT AGAIN! I have bought 3 sausage all have been delectable. I've gotten the andoilette, beanie, and a frank. Gramma has been cooking up a storm. If you need a fresh link of meat you've GOT IT!

This is far and away the best packer/prosthetic I’ve ever owned! Wow! I ordered the Andy - Andouillette - after seeing the review on Chase Ross’ YouTube channel and saw how amazing it looked just on camera. I went to the website, which is DICKTASTIC, and began to wonder which model I would choose since they all looked amazing. I ended up getting the circumcised Light Andy and it’s an absolutely perfect match to my skin. I can’t believe how good it looks! The details are insanely good, the weight is just right, and the density of the balls is superb. When I wear it I feel like it’s a part of me and it moves with me. I haven’t used adhesive due to a skin condition but even just in Cake Bandit packing briefs it feels perfect. And if it’s just poking out of the front of my shorts I swear I’m looking at myself and not a prosthetic. Gramma Andrew has made a masterpiece and I feel like an enhanced version of the man I already am. Of course, now I want more! Can’t wait to order a Pack and Play and one of those fancy new STP’s!!! Thank you Gramma’s Sausages and Gramma Andrew for making this next part of my transition (18 years in) so great!

As soon as I saw this company's products (from Chase Ross's video) I was DYING to get my very own sausage! I have a few other *high end* packers, but when push comes to shove, they all made me dysphoric for one reason--they don't move or sit like a real package would. The product I got from Grammas Sausages, the andoilette, addresses this concern. The packer is beautiful, detailed, realistic, and feels so so comfortable to wear. It's clear A Lot of time and thought has been spent developing and creating this product! Not to mention their team has been nothing but accommodating everytime I've had to communicate with them. Wonderful knowing this small business is trans owned and genuinely cares about making products that bring people joy and euphoria. I'll be looking forward to seeing how they grow from here!! Definitely going to buy again (and maybe something a little bigger next time ;)). Thank you, Gramma! (also, if I *had* to give one note of feedback, it's that my package does get a little sticky after every wash. Not enough to really bother me, but enough to feel like it's silicone against my legs and not skin. Powder definitely feels necessary)

There is a lot I liked about this packer! The paint job and level of detail was really impressive, and the size was very comfortable for me, esp. since so many packers out there are bigger than I would prefer.

Unfortunately, after owning this packer for only a few months, it started to rip significantly in two areas, which would collect lint that I wasn't able to remove without worsening the tears. I purchased one of their Patch Kits, which mended the rips, but after a few more months they opened again-- I tried to use the Patch Kit again, but it was not as effective this time, and the tears have worsened to the point where I am anxious about being able to successfully wash/sanitize the packer without further damaging it :-(

Not sure if their newer models suffer from this problem, but the lack of durability for my packer was a big disappointment for me.

I received my package much faster than I thought I would. I've been enjoying it for a couple of weeks, and can say that Gramma makes excellent packers. Ordering the basic packer is perfect for anyone who needs something a little more affordable that looks great in their pants.

Got my BUILT FORD TOUGH Boyfriend 2.0 and it's been great! The color matches my skintone beautifully and how realistic it looks has been incredible for my dysphoria. My only notes is that it was larger in girth than I was hoping for and that the texture of the head is a little... dry? Way more texture than what I've experienced with other sausages, personally. I would love to see other toys with a smoother head texture. Still in love with what I purchased and am looking forward to buying from Gramma again!

Excellent customer service, they took the extra time to get my packer just right and I couldn't be happier. Gramma communicated quickly over this and even included a packing jock due to the delay. I loved this and bought a couple more straight away, great jocks!
My Packer is the best i've ever had, I get so much euphoria from it. In looks, in texture, with the F3 secret silicone combo and the + core, easily passes the grab test. The color, paint and mold/shape look awesome too. I have worn this constantly since I received it.

I just received my Frank 2.0 with the F3 today and I LOVE it!!! I feels and looks real and now I want the pack and play (mostly for play) AMAZING company with amazing customer service

I got the Andoillette with the newly developed F3+. I honestly love this packer and I’ve never felt like I’ve had a packer that looked and felt like it was attached to my body. The skin tone matching is perfect, super realistic looking and feeling. I think it looks like a cis penis, so do my friends and my cis male boyfriend (he said it weirds him out how real it looks lol). My only gripe with it is that you can see the mesh layer through some of the silicone and I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing, I’m sure it’s just cosmetic and it doesn’t matter bc who’s looking at it besides me anyways? And it came with a small tear in the balls which is hardly noticeable but I’ll be keeping my eye on. Andrew’s handiwork is amazing and you can tell he puts his heart into every prosthetic he makes. I’ve owned a lot of packers and this is the best one by far.

I got the Brot F3 with the mesh. I love the very real feel of it! My cis partner felt it and was really impressed as well. I like to go to lots of gay parties and kinky events and this guy feels so natural in a jock that I forget it’s a packer. I was a little thrown off by the odd patches of shiny-ness but I didn’t buy it for display purposes and it in no way impress the functionality (if it were an STP it might be different).

I love the inner core and how squishy everything feels. It’s a bit heavier than my other packer but it is so much more comfortable.

It did take a really long time to ship (about 2 months) but I absolutely love it!
