Scam - here's how to get your money back

tl;dr
They never sent the product and I got my money back in under one minute once they agreed.

Right after I ordered, I asked to cancel. They refused and said I can return it once I receive the product.
I never received the product. I went on their chat and they said to add 3 months to delivery.
Then they said that it was outside of the window of refund and they can't do anything.
I said I was about to submit a formal complaint to consumer affairs, industry canada, etc.
They offered to resend the product. I said no and said I will continue to file complaints as we chatted until the money was refunded.
They said it would take a couple days.
I said I'll still continue filing complaints until it's there.
It arrived back on my Visa under 1 minute.

6 months after order confirmation
6 months after order confirmation. No product. Tried to contact them kept being told order number is wrong, but it is the exact number I was given. I am sooo glad it wasn’t an expensive item I ordered, definitely would NOT recommend.

almost one month or ordering
the order was made on 29th of October 2022 and today is the 20th of November 2022 , almost a month but it has not arrived, when i chatted online today, they have asked me to wait for another 2 to 6 weeks, my order number is GRAN-NL-1012792, very unprofessional, will never use your services again. And please stop writing on your website that it is a company in the Netherlands, where in fact you operate from China.
