The item I ordered was good, but it took a long time before I received it. I could not wait that long. So I ordered somewhere else. So when I received the item I was planning to send it back, but to send it back you have to pay yourself and the address is in Hongkong! So if you are planning to buy from Grandado think twice!

I’ve been scammed - No proper support
I’ve been scammed. I ordered a product and paid quite a price for it, just to receive something else... a tiny Chinese product – which of I didn’t even know what it was and it did not resemble to product I originally ordered.
I was not allowed to get my money back according to Grandado’s support. Instead, I was given terrible deals and I ended up receiving the same tiny Chinese product again - useless.

Fishy company…
Grandado informs you only after the purchase how long the delivery time is, in my case 28 days! Then it makes a legally „misleading“ claim: there is no right of withdrawal from the purchase. This is fraudulent. Even though they sell in the Swiss market, being a Dutch company they are subject to EU law, in particular ordonance 2011/83/EU. So there is absolutely the right to withdraw from the purchase. And what I see now from other reviews they charge horrendous amounts for returns, without legal basis. Fishy company. I am just writing this for others: the company has to prove that they have delivered under EU law, don’t be fooled if they say otherwise.As you can see in the company’s reply they still try to bullshit me. Avoid the company. All fraud. They do not distance themselves from the fraudulent claim that no withdrawal from the contract is possible. What they are doing is acknowledging that they are making FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. Avoid this company.

My package has never been delivered, despite the fact Grandado says it has been. I've tried getting more details about where the parcel was supposedly delivered and who signed for it, but they just try and direct me to a company called iMile that they say is the delivery company. iMile is NOT a company that provides any service in New Zealand, it is not one of the courier, postal or delivery companies in New Zealand, so there is no way they have supposedly delivered the parcel. I have tried contacting the iMile Customer Service, but never get any repsonse. I believe Grandado is a rip off fraudulent company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Absolute rubbish i cannot belive they say its one thing and send another I could have my kid make a better product. Disappointed that this place is still trading. Don't buy anything from them they will take your money take ages to send and then ages to return if they do. BAD BUISNESS if I could minus star review this i would.

paid for two volvo driveshaft automatic oil seals and tracking, well total crap been two weeks and stll not got my seals , My partner Lindy lunnon made the orser on 21st may total was £36.33 for two seals ALSO PAID £1.75 insurance order number is GRAN-GBR-579644 still at customs, evri still waiting for them my ruddy car is still off road ,live in cornwall and miles from everything ,cant contact grandado and dont even know what airport customs the seals are at so grandado.com totally hopeless and want fullrefund. Well still nothing from Grandado bunch of scammers they have all the details and refuse to contact me or do anything i will be going higher with this as what they have done is nothing short of fraud and theft.

Do not recommend. At all. Was told product was shipped, waited weeks and was then told product had been "lost" and there were no more of the product left. The product was still clearly listed as available on the website. Absolute scam and waste of time. Still waiting on a refund. Will take this further if necessary.
