This is a absolute joke. Ordered a gasket and its backwards! Tried submitting a complaint but it says they cant find my order number. “24/7” customer support doesn’t even reply no way to contact. Dont order from here i never will again. I want a refund what a absolute joke.

Was told after waiting over a month…
Was told after waiting over a month that my order was cancelled. After contacting them Told email was sent to my spam. yet had no email and after numerous attempts to get this matter resolved and that a full refund has been sent. I still have nothing I'm my account. Absolutely shocking company will never use vicedeal.com again.
And would not recommend anyone else use them..

Great dissatisfaction
Great dissatisfaction! The watch I ordered is the biggest piece of crap I've ever bought! These are not declared goods at all! Small screen, huge bracelet for a man's hand, app with terrible translation, the watch completely died in less than 48 hours! Inability to scroll through the menu, different menus in the watch and in the application, terrible control, inability to set the time to 24 hours. I will definitely return and never again!
The money was refunded in full without any problems.

I placed an order with them for what I thought was a garden swing as ithe Item was not clearly described. So instead of a swing all I got was a canopy a cheap one at that. I've tried to return the order through their website. They said to allow up to 48 hours. This was on Monday when the item was delivered it's now Thursday. Still no response. I have now since contacted PayPal and opened a dispute.
Thankfully I'm glad to edit this post in the end I was treated fairly by this company. They told me to keep the item even though it was of no use to me but refunded me in full and for that I am happy. Therefore, I'm going to amend this rateing
