This site got me with the 100 sc for $50. But ive tried making 2 redemption one for 550 which was denied for a playthrough requirement i obviously surpassed, and one for 425 thats been pending for 2 weeks no end in site. Customer service is near nonexistent and no help when they are there. Its horrible what they can get away with. Shame on you Grand Vault.

I’d give a zero if it was an option but it’s not. I bought a new player package and it had a minimum amount of play through required to be eligible to redeem. I played through at least a dozen times and it still said it wasn’t eligible. I sent several messages to customer service and was replied to maybe one out of every 5 and when they did it wasn’t helpful at all. Their customer service is a joke. At one point they said buy another package and then my card would be on file and it would be eligible to redeem. Of course this didn’t help and still no help or response from customer service. Eventually I got fed up and started making large bets to see if it would change what was “redeemable”. It did not and I lost all of my winnings. This company is a joke and should either give me the winnings I earned or at least refund what I initially bought in at and we can go our separate ways!

Great promotions and free giveaways. I received extra coins just for playing.

This casino worked very well at first. Now im getting no response from customer service as I put in a redeem request weeks ago! They “escalated” the issue and I have heard nothing back despite reaching out multiple times. I have lost trust with this casino and have spent much money here. Shame on this casino. Do not spend money here you might not get paid out and it’s not worth the chance. I will explore my legal options soon.

Avoid at all costs! Scam casino. Just look up what people are saying on Reddit. This has been the lowest tier casino I have tried. Stay away.

So I bought a package and was able to redeem. After the fifth day I got my redeem after a few emails to them. Think they just super new which is causing them to be super slow

After Referring multiple people, they haven't paid anyone, one is waiting on 700$, a week later no payment, my husband redeemed 50$ over a week no payment, reached out to support, told 3 business days, cancelled and use a different debit card because they have rejected cash app redemptions for my other friend, after support wa supposed to pay "in 3 business days". It's been over two weeks, we have both won on others platforms & already been the redemptions from all 3 other sweeps casino's all with extremely varying redemption time frames, but judging from these experiences & the other reviews they clearly don't pay as the big winner who have 5 Star reviews have to be paid to do so.

stay away. i was sucked in with a 50% deal. then i find out playthrough is 3x to 5x. after playing through 3 times guess witch one it was? that's right 5x playthrough. i spent 200 and have to play 2000. well i played it through over 5 times. still no redeemable coins. its fraud. no live support. one of these days these shady sites will piss off the wrong person

I was honestly a bit skeptical after reading reviews on here, but I made a single purchase of $50 (giving me 100sc) and ran it upto 1200sc.. Made withdrawal and the credited to me about 2 days later! As long as they pay like this, the site is a very good value as all sc purchases are essentially 2 for 1 (i.e. $100 gets you 200sc, which if you can deal with playthrough requirements is fantastic deal).

There was some trouble redeeming but they made it right and actually redeemed within 12 hours

Lotta casinos go through early growing pains but these guys paid me, and even threw me extra sc for the inconvenience.

These people are crooks they verified my account then when I tried to redeem the put my verification as pending and will not respond to me at all they are nothing but a bunch of thief’s do t waist your money here they finally emailed me back and said my account was verified but never applied it to my account so I could redeem bunch of thief’s your throwing your money away if you play with them by far the worst platform I e played on customer support is worthless these people are scammer and need to be locked up
