I ordered the Wagyu filet and picanya package. Shipping was SUPER fast. The filets were beautifully marbled. The picanya, I couldn't ask for anything better. I sous vide them, then seared on my griddle. Forgery about it. The misty flavorful steak I've ever eaten. My guests at the party couldn't believe how much of a flavor difference Wagyu has.
