Their meat is top notch
Their meat is top notch. Took one star off because they shipped my order to the wrong address. Customer service eventually took care of the issue and shipped me a new order, but it took a while and a lot of back and forth before everything was resolved.

My first experience with wagyu beef was only score 5 but picanha is incredible! I'm American so I'm not quite ready to choose any cut over ribeye, but....picanha is a solid contender. The experience with Grand Western Steaks was a good one and i will be ordering again. Emilio and his guys do it right! Thank you!

Ordered 2x. First experience 5 stars. Second experience 2 stars. Average 3 stars. Second time two picanha packed together and frozen whereas the first time the two picanha were packed separately then frozen. However, the picanha was worth 10 stars.
