Excellent service!
Right from the start, we received prompt and professional service. We received phone calls on time, all company staff arrived exactly on time and were friendly and courteous. A big bonus is that we received a detailed costing immediately, this is an unusual service that enabled us to make the decision to go ahead quickly. All our preferences were met with ease and we are very happy with the results. The whole process to install the surfaces only took 5 hours and the cleaning up after was good. We have recommended the company to several friends and one of them has already made an appointment with you.

Lack of communication between your fitters resulted in coming back to us far too many times. It was commented that was not on my notes. Communication is paramount in any business and sadly you fell along way short.

Professional upgrade
Despite our installer, Richard, having to operate on his own assisted eventually by the plumber and electrician the work was carried out with expertise, enthusiasm and completed in a day. The installation is to our satisfaction and we would recommend anyone to engage Granite Transformations for their upgrade.

Not cheap but excellent
I’ll be honest I was surprised by the cost.
Just a few doors and a new top, but that’s me being naive when you consider the cost of a new kitchen, which ours virtually is, and of course a few turned out to be many when added up, plus new appliances.
Good standard of workmanship from a friendly bunch of tradesmen, really good phased payments and a superb end result.
A couple of misplaced orders slightly delayed the final completion, but vey happy overall.
Would recommend to anybody….

Kitchen refurbishment by Granite Transformations Ipswich was superb. New doors, trim and granite overlay has totally transformed our kitchen which is now looking brand new. The total experience from initial consultation to measure up and fitting was 10 out of 10 all the staff fitters etc were friendly courteous and professional. Sadly not 5 star
Sadly not 5 star. Overall finish is ok. Lost a star as the splashbacks are not joined as could be. Very sad and slightly annoying. Plus if going to cut wood and grind down granite pulse use adhesives & silicone would have been nice to cover the floor 1st. Threw away the mat by my sink as covered in grit and dust & took an hour to scrub the floor to remove most of the silicone & adhesive. Will not be getting doors done now sadly.
