From my first introduction to Sara at Granite Transformation show area at Poplar Nurseries Colchester, to the measuring, help in selecting the best colour to fit with my existiong kitchen, to the final fitting. All done to the predicted time scale, and a superb finish to top it off.

The whole experience from our first home visit to fitting and completion was great. All staff were excellent and communication was spot on.
The end result looks great and is much easier to maintain than our previous wooden work surfaces. It has transformed and brightened the kitchen.
We would highly recommend.

Absolutely blown away by everything about my experience, from visiting Steve at the Ipswich Showroom to Courtney who visited me, Shaun who did the measuring up, Joe who did the installation and the office for billing. Excellent brochure detailing these people and their pics. All paperwork associated to the experience was first rate. Build Amazing. Cannot speak more highly about the whole experience !

Really understood what was needed with a can do attitude. Ray was a breath of fresh air. Fitters were on time, friendly, polite, and very careful. Love our new kitchen. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Initial visit by Courtney went well and choice of tops good.
Installation went well with very pleasant men and and left the kitchen clean afterwards. Will recommend to friends.

We are extremely happy with our kitchen. Granite Transformations workmanship is excellent. The survey was arranged quickly and efficiently. All details were covered to our satisfaction. We were able to discuss elements before the fitting date. The kitchen fitters turned up on time, were polite and true experts at their trade. The work was completed on time, looks great and everything was left clean and tidy. A very professional job.

What a stunning transformation! We were given sensible and helpful advice which we followed and got the perfect solution. The company always called after each phase to make sure we were happy with the project to date. Which was a welcome change from other trades we’ve been working with. We had delays with another project which impacted the transformation but GT just worked around it😁. One hiccup, where a small section was mis-measured. The fitter then had to go to another job, then drove back to Ipswich to get the new piece. He then came back to us and fitted it the same afterwards OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Have used GT before and would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I chose this company as they are local to me, although I did get another quote from another company I found Granite transformations had a much more professional approach with their customer.
From walking into the showroom too having the kitchen fitted all went smoothly. The thought of having my kitchen ripped out and starting from scratch did not appeal to me, that’s why I chose to just replace the doors. Darren and Roger were great they worked like trogons and got the job done in a day like planned. It is a little more expensive than I expected, but well worth it. I’m so pleased with the end result.

Joe who installed worktop & splash back was helpful clean & tidy left no mess. He was friendly & had a cheerful way about him.

Allen the electrician was very good he was like Joe very friendly clean & tidy.

From the initial enquiry through to completion it was a 5 star experience.

I was impressed that the company was still able to match the units I had originally had done about 5 years ago. The sales person was the same and remembered me. He gave me good advice about the unit I now wanted. The fitting was carried out a few weeks later and even one of the fitters was one who had fitted the originals. The quality of the product and the workmanship is of a high standard .

This is the second time I have used yourself. But a lack of attention by the fitters resulted me having to complain about four areas of the finished kitchen

Customer service by the fitters, sales people was excellent. Great professional work and finish and always cleaned up at end of day. Even with the minor issues, people looked in a positive way and the fitters resolved problems ending with a great kitchen transformation.

Absolutely thrilled with my new worktops and sink. What a professional, efficient and charming company to deal with - a rare find these days. From the moment I made the first enquiry by telephone, through Courtney's visit to discuss my needs, Sean's visit to do the template to the actual installation by Ryan - all so professional and dealt with without a hitch. Cannot praise them enough and would thoroughly recommend this team. The worktops look fantastic and have transformed our kitchen.

We were very pleased with our new kitchen the workmen did an excellent job and cleaned up very well they were very polite and helpful it looks so much better for the change I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends thanks to all of there friendly staff June
