Polite, Clean Work, a great asset to any company!

Kitchen looks beautiful and the guys measuring up certainly knew what they were talking about causing slight changes in the original order which unfortunately were lost in translation. However, they came right back out to remedy all issues and install the missing parts and I am so happy with the final result. Thanks to all involved at Granite transformations.

I had my kitchen doors and Granite worktops fitted this week, cam and gary the workmen were fantastic. Nothing to much trouble. Very nice and polite and always on time. I would just like to say thank you to cam and gary for making our kitchen look fantastic. Would 100% recommend

Our experience was professional from start to finish and we would highly recommend this company if you are looking to transform your kitchen worktops. They went above and beyond what we expected, and we are loving our new look kitchen.

Moved into new house with awful kitchen worktop which looked marked and stained after only 2 weeks. This company from start to finish were professional and clearly cared about the products they sell and fit. from Judith to the fitters we are 100% happy and would gladly recommend them. They turned a mediocre kitchen into a wow!

The team at the Newark showroom were very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales talk. Our fitter Garry did a fantastic job installing our new worktops and splash backs , going the extra mile correcting mistakes made by our previous kitchen installer. You can see he takes pride in his work. We are so glad we made the decision not to replace our 20 year old kitchen because the new worktops and splash backs have really given it a new lease of life and saved us a lot of money. We feel we have made a sound investment for many years.

Excellent company. Some of the doors and draws near the cooker had been damaged by a faulty oven. Although this was not covered by the warranty they were able to replace at a reasonable price. They were quick to measure what was needed, make the doors and draws and fit them. Would recommend.

From the initial appointment to identify what we would need, to the final fitting appointment, our experience with Granite Transformations was first class. We were kept informed all the way through the process by e-mail from Alison Myles. Garry, who made the template and fitted our work tops did an excellent job, including fitting our new sink and draining board, which, because of un-foreseen circumstances, wasn't initially on the agenda. My kitchen was left completely clean after the fitting and I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended.

From our first enquiry phone call to job completion the service was first class in every way. We saw a display at Welbeck Garden Centre, the product was perfect for us. Judith came to our house with samples and ideas of what would look good etc. There was no pressure whatsoever, in fact it was more like a coffee afternoon.. we did sign and the process was straight forwards. Garry came and took templates and measurements of what we needed and came back a little under two weeks later to fit our new worktops, sink and hob. The quality of Garry's work was spot on, he cleaned up as he went and did a superb job. The only snag was getting a Gas Safe engineer to fit our new gas hob, we were let down by one company but got sorted by Spire Plumbing who was again spot on. Both Judith and Garry at Granite Transformations were superb, very friendly and professional who became more like friends than people who were doing work for us! I would highly recommend Granite Transformations, the entire process was faultless and has given us the kitchen that we always wanted.

Quartz worktops, flooring, cabinet doors & white goods all installed by real craftsmen, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you.

We thought the entire experience was very good and efficient. Having seen the display at Downtown Near Grantham, we requested a home visit to discuss having new worktops fitted in our kitchen. Judith came with samples and measured up and gave us an immediate quote. she spent time with us and was very pleasant. We were very impressed by the product and how it would all be installed. We were happy with her quote and decided to proceed. Garry, the fitter, came to make a template of the worktops. He arrived punctually at the time arranged and was very meticulous. On the day arranged for the fitting, he was once again here at the time arranged and spent the day carefully installing the worktop including the island and splash back behind the hob. He made a wonderful job of it all. We thought he was very skilful and it has transformed the kitchen.
It all looks very good and we are delighted with the result and with the company and highly recommend them.

The transformation of my kitchen with new work tops was more than I thought possible. It was fitted by Garry from Newark while we were away for a few days so on return it was like walking into a new kitchen .I cannot praise his workmanship highly enough.

We are highly delighted with our kitchen worktop transformation having chosen the Earthstone White Pearl from a collection of sample pieces following a home visit from Paul from the Bilsthorpe Site.

We had the opportunity to visit here and see the large lengths of the work surfaces which gave us a much better impression.

Garry the engineer made a superb job of taking accurate templates of our existing worktops and all the new work surfaces had been precision cut to fit perfectly on top. You can hardly see the joints where the edges of 2 work surfaces meet.

His workmanship and professional expertise is obvious and he was very mindful and respectful of our existing kitchen and kept any dust and disruption to a minimum. He was meticulous in checking that the waste pipes under both sinks were fully sealed after having reconnected pipework after the sinks had been repositioned once the necessary cut outs had been made.

Alison based at Bilsthorpe kindly kept us upto date every step of the way of our Installation and sent us confirmation of when our various payment stages had been received.

Our kitchen really has been transformed from a dark coloured matt laminate worktop to a highly polished light reflective one which really enhances the whole room. It looks so much brighter and more spacious.

First home visit was very pleasant, no pressure from salesperson when she priced it up. After agreeing to go ahead second measure was done very quickly and whole job from start to finish done within a few weeks. Garry did a very good job and we are very happy with the result.

We would highly recommend this company, from start to finish, very polite and helpful staff. We had new doors, worktop overlays,sink and tap all excellent quality. Danny the young man who fitted them was superb a perfectionist. Thankyou so much.
