A brilliant service from start to finish from the Bilsthorpe team. I had no problems whatsoever. Gary fitted my new worktops, sinks and tap in less than a day and did a wonderful job. My kitchen looks great. Thank you very much Granite Transformations and the Bilsthorpe team.

Granite Transformations have turned my old tired kitchen into a great space with the wow factor. Gary, our fitter worked non stop for almost two days and his work is first-class. From our initial contact with the company we found them friendly and informative. We were given time to choose what we wanted and were not rushed into making a decision. The fitter Gary came and prepared the template which was required and advised us what time he intended to commence work on installation day and also the length of time it would take. Instructions also given as to what we had to do prior to his arrival. On the installation day he arrived on time and did a brilliant job with very little mess, which he cleared up before leaving. We would recommend this company.

Choosing a suitable worktop for our new kitchen was a difficult decision but with excellent advice and guidance from Judith with many samples made available to help us plan, we felt confident to proceed. Communication with Diane regarding deposits and installation timetabling was swift and accurate and any queries were dealt with promptly. Dates for the template fitting and worktop installation went head on time and Garry couldn’t be faulted. He worked quickly and efficiently, accommodated any minor issues and completed on time. We are delighted with our new worktop and have no hesitation is recommending Granite transformations.

We visited the showroom and made an appointment for a rep to visit us. She was lovely and there was no ‘hard sell’. We decided on a worktop and everything that followed was very efficient. Contact with the Newark staff was prompt and helpful. From paying a deposit to getting our worktops installed tool only about 6 weeks.
The fitters were excellent, very thorough and immaculately carried out. Our worktop and backsplash (in the same material) looks beautiful. We are very happy with the product and service from Newark Granite Transformations.

Granite transformations have just completed a make over of our kitchen work tops. Their fitter Gary was incredibly hard working, skilled and polite and the finished product is excellent.
The only downside was availability of the chosen Granite so if you are wanting a quick fitting make sure the one you chose is immediately available.

A worthwhile experience from start to finish. The friendly voice on the phone from Diane. Judith guided me in the right direction on the choice of worktop, sink and hob. The team at the workshop who got it spot on right from Garry's template and Garry who did a magnificent job of fitting it all as well as Andy who did the gas work. A splendid team all round who transformed my kitchen. Thank you.

From first contact Dianne and Paul were extremely helpful and understanding despite minds being changed along the way we were accommodated.
Gary came to do the template and fit and has done a marvellous job.
