I bought a worktop (Star Galaxy granite) for my kitchen from granitezone in the summer of 2016 and was impressed with the quality of the worktop, their very competitive pricing and quality of service back then. Happy to report that after almost 3 years it still looks great and is in good shape. Granitezone's prices were almost 40% lower than that offered by the likes of magnet, Wren kitchens etc. so I'm glad I went with them. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is because there was a slight issue with the installation due to the measurements not being taken correctly, but another fitting date was arranged for smoothly. I will certainly be using them again.

I must start with a positive the quarts that has been installed is beautiful and fitted to a realy good standard but the service from this company is absolutely shocking. It took me 3-4 phonecalls to finaly get AN installation date. On the day of installation the fitters turned up 2 hours late there excuse was there sat nav didnt have HULL on it (very believable.) Then the fitter broke down outside of my house meaning i had to take him to the garrage. Also i had ordered a cutting board to come with my worktops wich i still havnt received. I have been given a few dates wich i would receive this. I have been told now that i should recive this within two weeks time meaning that 4 weeks after instalation i will get it. Also on my last phonecall with this company the sales man told me he has my cutting board on his desk and it has two curved corners. So i have got a good feeling that if i ever do recive this its going to be a random bit of quarts that they have found on the factory floor. If only they were as quick to finnish a job as they are to take your money.
This is the second time i have used this company in 4 years and it will definitely be the last.

I purchased Quartz worktops from Granitezone and had to endure 7 weeks without a sink and hob. The problems started because the material wasn't ordered or reserved from their supplier so after removing the old kitchen and the templating was carried out (6 days later) it was discovered that there was no material in the UK. A lot of communication was happening and I either had no reply at all or "sorry he is in a meeting" or "sorry she is off sick or " I have been training newbies".The tops have now finally been fitted and look amazing, we did however have an issue with incorrectly positioned drainer grooves but the subcontracted team managed to rectify their mistake on site.

Granitezone was recommended to me by my son who had used them in the past. From my first phone call asking for a quote, through to the final installation, they have been very friendly and professional. Thankyou to Shannon, Jade and Jenney in the office. I would like to add a particular thankyou to Mark who templated my kitchen and fitted it with Luke. His attention to detail is superb. He’s a credit to the company. I would not hesitate in recommending Granitezone.

From the initial quote to the day of installation granite zone were superb! We have recommended this company to many of our friends and family - all of whom are admirers of our lovely worktops. Not only did Granite zone supply our kitchen worktops, they also provided and installed our bathroom windowsill at a very competitive price. All office staff and fitters were extremely professional. I would highly recommend granite zone without a doubt.

I wish I could give a good review, but it has been very difficult. The quartz itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly, but getting answers is a nightmare; multiple calls are required to book appointments and confirm dates (as staff never call back when they say they will).

We now have the quartz installed, however, there is a very visible seam that Granite Zone should be coming to fix. I have called multiple times over the past few days asking for a date to be confirmed when they will be coming back, no one has returned my calls and I am still waiting. I have no idea when (or even if) they are coming to resolve this.

I hope to update this review shortly to say that they came back and fixed the seam, but at this point I can only give 2/5 stars.

Fantastic product at a great price. Joe and Alex (installers) were very thorough and keen to ensure that everything was satisfactory. Really glad we opted to purchase from Granite Zone...would not hesitate to recommend.

Just had a black quartz worktop fitted off GraniteZone for a new kitchen. From first contacting them, they had measured, made and fitted the worktop within two weeks. It's a very competitive price and it's a local company (for me at least) so a definite plus! The fitters (Marc and Stellianos) have done an amazing job - fitted and finished to perfection! Thank you GraniteZone!

Easy to deal with from start to finish, very reasonably priced and install was completed within 3 weeks of my initial enquiry. Marc & Joe who installed the quartz work tops were very professional, I would not hesitate to recommend Granite Zone to anybody.

Completed installation today by Mark and Mario. I can honestly say that I am blown away by the finished product. Living in a very old house nothing is straight and I was consulted on every part, to get the best effect. Both Mark and Mario were very pleasant and professional and would highly recommend them both. All in all the whole process dealing with Granite zone was not only easy but came with a fantastic price. 100% recommended

Great company to deal with. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast and efficient service. Our Quartz was templated on the Friday afternoon and fitted on the Monday. I had a small problem with the sink not fitting properly but after a quick phone call to the office the issue was resolved. Thanks Granitezone it looks great.

Really pleased with our new Calcutta Nuvo quartz worktops. Went to Granitezone to get a quote about a week ago, Gavin and Jenny very helpful working out a quote and providing a good price. Jade ensured that we were kept informed about what was happening at all times. The fitters John and Aaron did an excellent job fitting the worktops. Really pleased with the end product, excellent quality. would definitely recommend.

The cut-off pieces have been dropped off today....
However, the granite tops once templates were made and pieces installed in the kitchen were excellent. The worktops have been admired by all our friends. Thank you

Staff very helpful and accommodating. I was able to view the product before making a decision on colour. Expertly fitted and looks fabulous in my kitchen.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Granitezone. Their prices were competitive (massively cheaper than quoted by the company supplying my kitchen) and the service provided was very good throughout. My new quartz worktop looks fantastic and was installed with no fuss or mess. Would highly recommend.

Granite zone from the start were good fast response to quote and template
Downhill from there trying to get a date for installation from Jade promised to ring me back twice at the end of the day but never did
Granite was installed but not sealed as promised had to pay someone else to come and do it the guy fitting the granite said when it's dry it will be fine it wasn't
Paying cash immediately on completion to the installer is not giving you enough time to check it

Everything went to plan , Claire kept me up to date with everything all the way. The guys arrived on time to make the template , then called an hour from arrival when fitting . No mess , fitted on time . Perfect , they look fantastic. Thankyou , everyone at Granitezone.

From my first phone call the service was faultless the fitters came when they said they would to make templates of the work tops. They came again to fit them on time this was done in a very professional manor, I am a builder and kitchen fitter so my standards are high, great job all round and very good price kitchen looks great
