The advertised costs were ex vat, which I expected, however the costly delivery was also + vat, which is a con.
So I cancelled the order circa £ 900.00
Granmore emailed me to say," It is 2 pallets ?
Not sure what that means really, my pount was delivery should be at cost only.

Hello,
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you but our delivery costs ARE charged at cost only.
We only ever charge what the couriers would charge us depending on the weight of the order and the distance it has to go .
You were ordering 73 boxes of tiles which would have to be spread over 2 pallets, therefore there will have been a cost of 2 pallets.

Good price and delivered quickly, could have been better protected on the face as one ceiling tile was dented whereas all the edges are fairly well protected.
Would certainly purchase from Granmore again.

Above all the cheapest available as i'd spent some time compairing before making my purchase.
