Glasses arrived after 5 weeks!

Ordered sunglasses on 19/07/18 delivery said 3-5 days. After 3 weeks still nothing, emailed several times with no reply, web chat always said busy. After 5 weeks and after reading reviews on here I had given up hope of receiving my glasses and was about to contact my bank to start the process of claiming money back when I received a dispatch notification. Glasses arrived next day! Well packaged and as ordered. Company needs to work on customer service as I too had them down for frauds but they do deliver. Don’t give up hope.

SCAM

I paid for a pair of glasses frame, it was never delivered, GranOptic never answered my emails or online contacts. Luckily I got the money back through MasterCard charging back. It took 50+ days but worth the efforts. Contact your credit card company and request a charge back service!

Fraud

Fraud! On Tuesday, 24 July 2018 I ordered new glasses from GranOptic.
Have not received yet. No shipping notice either. I have sent Emails to their customer support, no answers!
I would like to cancel my order and get a full refund of my money! Used amazonpay. want my money back! I will also contact norwegian state customer service since I´ve been clearly frauded by GranOptics. Stay away people!

Never received my sunglasses and have had no response

As many others I have experienced the same issue; ordered a pair of sunglasses on 26/07/18 and still have not recieved them! I haven’t heard back either, I will also be contacting my bank and claiming my money back. If only I had stumbled upon this website sooner, I sure as hell would not order from this fraud retailer ever again!

Suspected fraud

Used two years ago and were excellent.

Used two weeks ago and, like a lot of reports, I have had my money taken and no sunglasses sent. If you are VISA protected I strongly recommending reporting this to your provider in an attempt to reclaim your money!

They robbed me as well

They robbed me as well, probably a card stealing network, they charge your card and never deliver item or process refund.
you never get reply to your emails.
I called my bank, and changed my card to make sure they don't charge it again.
It's definitely a card stealing network.

AVOID

AVOID! They took my money and didn't send sunglasses, promised refund but nothing, ignored my emails. Luckily I paid with credit card so in process of claiming money back. Have kept all emails which will hopefully solidify my case.

Beware, this company take your money and do not deliver items. Do not buy from them!!
They do not communicate, they have an email address on there website that they do not respond too.
Very disappointed I now have to make a claim and hopefully my money will be returned. Such a waste of time, energy and money! Do not buy from granoptic.com

GranOptic - DO NOT USE!

Like many others I have also found this company (if indeed it even exists) to be truly dishonest and untrustworthy. They take your money immediately, don't deliver a product and are virtually impossible to contact. I did manage to chat to someone online once who gave some excuse about there being a delay with the manufacturer, but did agree to give me a refund instead - 6 weeks down the line I still haven't received it.

I have now claimed it back via my credit card company, but avoid them at all costs.

******SCAMMERS******

Like others I too wished I'd check this website before I purchased. They took my money immediately over three weeks ago. There telephone line is an answering machine. They do not reply to emails and I still have no glasses. I have reported them to both trading standards and the EU.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU LIKE LINING THE POCKETS OF THIEVES

Do not use GranOptic

Took my money instantly. No sunglasses and no response from them. Have to raise a dispute with credit card company. Utter shambles, don’t use them! Wish I’d checked on here first - lesson learned.

My experience is awful with Granoptic

My experience is awful with Granoptic, It could not be worst:
- I ordered sun glasses mi of April 2018.
- No feedback until I contact Granoptic: they tell me mid of June that the sunglasses are still not available
- I cancelled the order mid of June as they still don't have a date of delivery
- today we are the 21 August 2018 and I'm still waiting to be refund despite many chaser by email (they are absolutely not reachable by phone)
