Excellent Customer Service Response
The best way to judge customer service is by how efficiently an issue is dealt with. I have to say that GraphicAir's response was outstanding.
I ordered an item which was taking a little longer to arrive than I expected, so I made an enquiry by email, this was replied to within 30 minutes and the item received the next morning. Excellent service.
