This is really good ground beef, but I actually prefer leaner ground beef. I grew up on my Dad's ranch and I am use to lean ground beef. I don't like that extra fat is put in, but the taste of this ground beef is really good. What is important to me is that it is grass fed and that it does not have all the extra garbage in it that comercial beef does. Thank you for having it for us to purchase.

Love this ground beef! Makes my meatballs and meatloaf spectacular. Sometimes I wish it was a little coarser grind...sometimes it's a little too "pate" style...but the taste and quality cannot be beat.
