I am spoiled by the ground organ meats added to the plain beef. Plain ground beef is boring but use it to mix the liver since we do not need too much iron. Adds lots of flavor to the plain also.

I really like this meat. Has great flavor, but the main thing is I trust the quality of this company and way they raise and farm their meats. I eat for health over taste and texture. Though this meat has both, good taste and texture I lean towards health overall. -Clint
