Inasmuch as BEEF braunschweiger cannot be purchase anywhere else that I know of, this product on that fact alone is fabulous! It's so nice to find grass fed/finished braunschweiger. I appreciate US Wellness caring enough to provide these awesomely clean meats. This tastes fresh and delicious and its packaged very well. I LOVE eating it with salads or in sandwiches.

A little pricey, but absolutely delicious. You get what you pay for! Once you get past the strong "liver" kick of the first bite - especially if you haven't had braunschweiger or liverwurst for a while, you realize this product has a great texture and is perfect with mustard and smoked cheddar.

I used to be a Liverwurst lover, but once I found Braunschweiger, my affections are split. It's a bit milder, and actually contains more Liverwurst, I heard. My grandson eats it several times a week at breakfast in the place of nitrate and sugar-filled-breakfast meats. The dogs won't let me rest until I give them some. Try being fair, and give a Mastiff, German Shepherd, Cavanese and Schichon their proportionate portions! Big guy would eat the whole package in one swallow. My little Schichon would eat a half, a nibble at a time. Buy way more than you think you need. They come frozen, so easy to store extras. To keep it fresh, I cut off a piece and turn it upside down in a coffee mug, rather than wrap it in plastic.
