So sorry to say too strong tasting! Friends have told me since that maybe it’s because I am used to pork braunschweiger …? I love (since childhood) those little individual 6 piece packages from the grocery. But, they have sugar and I’m sure the meat is not as fine as yours! Do you agree about the pork vs beef thing?

Very good in taste. It would be nice if smaller rolls could be made. After it is opened and refrigerated, starts to get old and gray around the edges. My husband doesn’t eat it, only me. Too much for just one person.

This was my first sample of beef liverwurst. I regularly have pork braunschweiger. The taste was fine but I found the gritty texture a little off-putting.
