exceptionally delectable. cooked slowly for 4 hrs. in my Le Creuset in half a bottle of full bodied red wine and home made beef stock, it was gone in just a few minutes after i placed it on the table. I'll be ordering more this coming Sun. Thanks US WELLNESS BEEF for a great product.
