The chuck roast is delicious. I love the flavor/ meat and fat, it’s very good/tasty. Tastes way better than grocery store. Probably much healthier too, being 100% grass fed, ie higher K2 etc., good stuff for sure.

I have ordered this a couple of times, the first few times it was excellent but the last time we received our chuck roast it was very rubbery it was not like the previous meat we had loved. I hope this was just a poor piece of meat and in the future it will be different.
