As far as beef chuck goes, it’s good. It’s not my favorite personally, but it’s a high-quality chuck roast.

I prefer grass-fed, grass finished meat. You have it and it is all good products. the stores do not sell the same quality.

Best chuck roast I've had in many years. I brine my own corned beef, rather than it from the local grocery or meat shops, because I do not want the chemicals in our food. This made an excellent corned beef. It was more economical than the brisket for my use. I prefer chuck roast to brisket, although I do enjoy a brisket now and then, but it is quite pricey. I hope to be purchasing again.

We love this cut. It has sooo many applications like: stew meat, gring for burgers, cook whole w just salt in dutch oven 450 1 hr then 325 up to 2 hrs more or till pulls apart like pulled pork. Eat as is or use in tacos & more :)

We’ve purchased about 5 chuck roasts and I have to tell this was one of most joyful tasting meats. Great value and taste. My wife used a slow cooker and let it cook for 7 hrs. Meat was just as tender and delicious.
