Used this along with some kidneys to make steak and kidney pie, then the rest for some beef stew. Taste was great, but I found the fat content higher than what I find locally and some of it didn't "cook out" and become tender like it usually does for stew.

I can only surmise by my dog's interest in it that the taste is wonderful. I can tell you from being a previous meatwitter that the rich color texture smell of all of the meat, including the organs looks amazing. It is fresh no doubt. I would like to see some more marbled (fat) and bone in options - organic And a company that describes these qualities honestly instead of smoke and mirrors with the other hook words non GMO, grass fed etc. What goes into the animal is crucial for what it renders
