Unfortunately we were terribly disappointed in the quality of this product. It was tough even though we cooked it in the pressure cooker and didn’t taste or have the texture of a chuck roast at all. We still have two more in the freezer and I’m hoping it was just a quirk that the first one was so bad. I’m so disappointed.

We love US Wellness chuck roast but it usually has too much fat. When I remove all the excess fat, there isn't much roast left. At $28 per roast that's a big waste of money!
