Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.

This flank steak is absolutely decadent believe it or not. I take the whole pound put it in a crockpot with butter and a quarter of a cup of Ōban broth turn it on low for six hours, and it comes out moist and delicious. I won’t stop ordering it.

First time I tried the flank steak from Wellness. I marinated it and cooked it. It was tender around the edges but there was a tough piece of skin through the center, which was very unappealing as well as impossible to chew. Hoping this was an anomaly as I live flank steak and I will give it another try eventually.
