This is nice steak. I use it for a couple different recipes. I use it as shredded beef, sliced beef for stir fry, cubed for tacos, slices for tacos and as a steak itself. Versatile piece of meat.

My favorite for a busy week night. I marinate it in whatever I have and my guy BBQ’s it fast, slices it thinly against the grain and I serve it over arugula or sliced heirloom tomatoes. Fabulous!
