The flat iron steaks that I get from my local friend and are processed at our local butcher are so mutch better cut, unfortunately your flat irons have way too much grizzle, therefore they're very tuff. I'm a farmer to, so I know about what I'm saying

These are always good but usually have a thick chewy senewy vein that I find frustrating. But the taste is always delicious!
