The heart is an awesome product. My only critical feedback is that on visual inspection, the weight seems vary and doesn't always seem to be a full 1.25lbs, although I have never actually weighed one myself.

I absolutely love the beef hearts I purchased. They were extremely fresh and tastes really good. Will definitely be purchasing again. I'm purchasing organ meats as a way to increase the nutritional nalue of my meals as opposed to relying only on vitamins/supplements. After I eating this beef heart I feel immidiately energized and notices some changes in how I feel after incorporating it into my diet. Huge win, love the product and the company for providing such great quality cuts of meat.

Absolutely love their beef hearts their abs. They’re so delicious.. I use them in a multiple different ways from stews to Sara and I’m like steaks to sandwiches. The list goes on and on we love these move hearts and we will continue to buy these from you as well as meats. We have absolutely think that their meat taste the best.

So, I ordered $300+ worth of meat from this company. The order was delivered a day later than the original delivery date, which changed while my package was already in transit. I emailed the company when I checked the tracking early the day it was supposed to arrive, and my package sat in a warehouse for almost an entire day! The weather was quite warm as well, which wasn't ideal. Even though the meat was packed in an insulated box with ice packs, 25% of the meat in my order had begun to defrost by the time I got it. Four (two liver, one heart and one kidney) of the partially defrosted packs also had broken seals, so they weren't vacuum packed when they arrived. This was very disappointing, especially as a first time customer. The two emails that I sent to the company went unanswered, but I was able to contact customer support through their live chat on their website. Basically, their answer to my concerns was that if you don't pay more to have them wrap each product to keep them from banging against each other during shipping, the vacuum seal can "pop". They didn't address any of my concerns about the shipping delay, or the defrosting. These products were easy to purchase, seems like a good value for what it is (grassfed) and so far, the taste has been quite good. The quality of the packaging could be better, and the company should just wrap meat for free for any orders of $150 or more to ensure that seals don't get broken during shipping. Would I buy from them again? Maybe. I guess we'll see.
