I know that the flavor of liver varies depending on the age of the cow. Before the liver has tasted sweet and flavorful but not this time. The taste is very strong and did not enjoy it as much.

Not good at all. Fibrous, tough, bad taste. I have purchased beef liver several times and this is by far the most fibrous ever.
