The meat is delicious, not sure why there is loose pieces of fat added in the packages of liver ? It did arrive a day late which threw me off my work schedule as I was trying to be home when it arrived. It was still frozen so it all worked out...just caused a little worry with the delivery changing a day after waiting all day for nothing when I could have scheduled clients and worked.

What can I say I love beef liver. U.S. Wellness Meats has some of the best liver I have come across. Cooked with sweet yellow onions and garlic in raw grass-fed butter. Yummalicious!
