This liver looks so fresh. It's not that grey stuff you find squished against the glass at some carnecerias. It has that good'ol liver flavor, but honestly much less, more palatable, than other market livers I've had. The liver is also much more dense, not spongy and tearing apart. Cooks great too!
The liver is tender, and we love the way it is packaged--nice flat pieces of about equal size.

I’m not much for liver but this was for a special gut healing diet. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I guess other lovers must have more toxins and such cause it was good.
The best beef liver I've ever had. It's difficult to find grass fed beef liver where I live. So happy I can purchase it here.
I cut up the liver in tiny pieces and freeze it and eat it raw, I can't eat cooked liver but this goes down pretty easy and I get all my nutrients
Soak in buttermilk for a day...grill a whole lot of sweet onions and enjoy!
