I bought bones from this vendor because it is impossible to obtain from grocery stores. I simply want them for soup and bone broth. I was surprised at the variety, price and availability. Cuts are too thin and it’s extreme fatty. Cuts should be about w inch thick with less fat. This one I will not buy again unless it’s changed.
