I buy oxtail a good bit but these were the strangest I’ve ever bought. They were cut so strangely. The parts of the oxtail that have a lot of gelatin were sliced off. They were so thin it was hard to get any actual meat off of them, and the way they had been cut made the bone extremely pointy and sharp. I really don’t think I’ll be getting these from here again. The vacuum sealing on the packaging also wasn’t good.

These are very tasty. I would get them more often but the price is a bit high. Still, I like knowing that they are grassfed. I like to use the bone broth from cooking them in other dishes. I highly recommend them.

I love oxtail stew, but where I live in rural GA there are no grassfed, organic oxtails available. We loved these and will buy them again! The only reason I rated it lower on "Ease of Purchase" is that Out of Stock products are displayed, making it hard at first to see what is and isn't available. Perhaps OOS items could be "grayed out" on the website. Shipping was prompt and all the items arrived frozen. These taste fantastic and have plenty the gelatinous parts we wanted on our GAPS meal plan.
