I made Indonesian style Oxtail soup. I browned them in the oven for 2 hours, then added to the soup. The meat was still tough after cooking it for another 3 hours. I finally cooked it in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and it turned out great. So next time I would cook the meat in the pressure cooker instead to begin with! 😂

There is a smell and a taste I normally associate with non-grass fed meat and, unfortunately, this oxtail now falls into that category. Are you sure you are selling 100% grass fed meat products? I'm no longer convinced that you are.
