Ribeye steaks are my go to choice. U.S. Wellness has clean (no GMO coatings) 100% grass fed, and grass finished cuts of meat. When you place your order, there is a small box in the online form so you can include any information on how you want your Steaks cut. I find these Steaks are tender and very flavorful. I prefer a leaner cut and U.S. Wellness accommodates my requests consistently. Go to your local Grocery store and ask for special cuts and see how well that works. If we do not support our independent Farmers and Cattlemen, where will we go for clean, nutritious food? I would like to add my own personal educated opinion. There is an active plan to remove meats from our choices as a food food source and force us to eat synthetic meats and BUGS. How much synthetic food and bug paste can a person survive and thrive on? My guess is ZERO. This company is worth supporting.

My favorite cut. Excellent
Not one single bite that we didn't have to spit out grisle that could not be chewed. At $32 or 37 for a 12 oz steak, that's some mighty pricey garbage pail contributions.

LOVE US Wellness Meats Ribeyes. They're thick with plenty of fat which makes them so tender and delicious. Other ribeyes we've tried don't have hardly any fat and they're thin, yuck. We always buy our ribeyes from USWM. Great company!!
Very juicy and tasty
One of the very best Steaks I’ve had.
Our favorite cut is the ribeye. The more marbeling you have the better the tatse. Of course. Well, I don't know how they butcher these cuts but in the 20+ ribeyes we bought in the last 2 or 3 months we recieved virtually no marbeling, unless you count the gristle. The only fat was either a thn layer around the edges or a wierd looking thin bit of fat on top of the steak. Earlier batches of ribeyes from US Wellness actually had decent marbeling. We appreciated that and enjoyed our meals. But lately, something has changed. The beautiful fat, i.e. marbeling, that is so nourishing and tasty is virtually non existent. And for that reason we are buying elsewhere. We finished our last USW purchase last night. Tonight we enjoyed steaks from another company out of Texas. They were excellent. Put USW to shame. Maybe we'll come back next year and see what USW sends our way.
The 15 oz ribeye is my go to it's excellent !!!

After free shipping and father's day "discount" it came out to more money per pound than storebought steak. Some of the areas of meat had a weird taste, either bitter or sour. some of the steaks had a sand like texture that crumbled after cooking.
