I don’t purchase boned beef ribs anymore. These boneless ribs are tender and melt in your mouth delicious. I smoke these ribs at least 6-7 hrs and wrap them in foil with beef broth at the third hour and then I put smoked bourbon sweet sauce over an open texas charcaol grill. 5 star dinner is what I relate them to.
