They were all so tough as to be almost left for my dog. Will not buy again and yes I did remove all the silver skin before I cooked them low and slow.

I purchase these boneless beef ribs over any other place. Seriously, if you cook them correctly you will get the most succulent piece of beef available. I’m doing 8 lbs of these ribs for a college football Saturday this Sept 10th. Along with babyback ribs, brisket, and fresh shipped crab cakes. I suspect the compliments on the food will be these boneless beef ribs. 4 hrs in the smoker to get that hard smoky smell and flavor. 4 hrs in Dutch ovens sitting in beef stock and thinned out BBQ sauce. Then I sear them on an outdoor griddle with Rodney’s glaze with added sweet southern bbq sauce. When they’re done they’re BBQ burnt ends on the outside and tender juicy on the inside. Mmmmm…..Guuuuud!

The best boneless beef ribs available. Spend the extra buck or two for the boneless. With boneless beef ribs it’s all consuming. No messing with the bones and thick membrane that is actually a pain eating around. I will never buy boned beef ribs again.
