A great option for a taco night, burger night or meatballs! Kids love the meat. Mixes well with bison in meatballs if you need to use up extra or leftover meat

My cat loves it and does really well on it. I use it to make her raw cat food (mix a pre-mix into it). I'm allergic to all mammal meat due to the alpha-gal tick allergy; wish I could eat it myself. She doesn't do well on conventional meats, but does beautifully on this and really likes it. (The elk is also a perfect consistency for wrapping her tiny pieces of allergy pill - generic Zyrtec - in and freezing them, then hiding the frozen ball in a little ball of raw elk. She gobbles them right down.)

This purchase was an experiment because I am looking for different red meats, other than beef, to try in my recipes. This elk made some very tasty chili. I was very happy.
