Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk.
Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F
All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones.
US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures.
Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

I was not sure what non pasteurized cheese was until I looked it up. Found the taste very appealing and easy to enjoy. However, the cost ….with shipping was over the top. Gave half to my daughter …she enjoyed it with her evening cocktail.
