Raw and Aged Grassfed Mozzarella Cheese continues to be a customer favorite. It is slightly drier than most of our other cheese selections. Raw Mozzarella Cheese is perfect for grating and topping salad or pasta. Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk. Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days. Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures. Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

Great! I like it a lot. Will be purchasing more in the future. Highly recommended. I hope to see if Grassland would start carrying heavy cream without additives-such as Alexandria heavy cream or others that are grass-fed cream only.

Glad to have found grass fed cows milk mozzarella cheese. Very pricey though. Hope eventually your products will become more widely used, therefore enabling a lower price.

Disappointed. Wasn't mozzarella but "meadowrella". Flavor was closer to american cheese. Melted very easily, however.
