Very fresh. Great quality. Enough quantity for a nice meal for a family of four. Hardly any fat which is great. Very tender tasting in a pot of beans.

A world of difference for my cooking after getting the standard brisket in bulk. I use this for easy stir fries. At first, I was somewhat disappointed to learn that this also comes from a tough part of the cow, as cooking with the brisket was very difficult for a beginner to cooking like me. For stir fries, I incorporate some baking powder to make this part of the cow more palatable which has worked well so far.

Makes the fastest, easy stew imaginable. Toss frozen into the instapot 30 min for stew with salt, pepper. pepper flakes, 4 bay leaves and several garlic cloves. When done toss in sliced onion, carrots and potato, soup cook another 30 minutes and dinner served, as well as a lunch for tomorrow. We like it so much we have it every week/

US Wellness Meats has the best stew meat! The quality and taste are top notch.
The stew beef is VERY tough. As long as it’s cooked/ soaked for the day in liquid it’s great. But don’t skip that step.
So glad this cut is available. I like the size of the pieces -- not too big. It is pretty lean, but it still is tender no matter which way I cook it. I use it for stir fry, sometimes as stew in a crockpot, and sometimes just fried in a pan for a breakfast meat.
Feel great about eating these high quality products!
