I KNOW the meat is pristine. EVERYTHING this company sells is pristine. In fact, I thaw it and then can it. It is some of the best canned meat I have ever had. I LOVE U.S. Wellness meat.

Pieces were very variable in size and shape. Ranging from 1/2 to 2”. I like 1.5-2” cubes. A lot of this were thinnish cuboid pieces and 1” cubes. Some as tiny as 1/2” cubes. 1” or less - too small for stew and a time sink to try to brown. Flavor was decent. Not quite tender enough after 3 hrs in the Dutch oven but good after more cooking on the second day. I should have taken a photo.
