Same as others, no response to my inquiries and suddenly my late-to-arrive order was canceled with no explanation. Stay away from this website, they're customer service is non-existent. 1 star is really a no-star review.
Placed an order with Priority Shipping, all items showed In Stock on the website. Received an order confirmation with a statement that the shipment was being prepared, and order updates would be provided.
Weeks later - no updates, no shipment, no response to email. The “shop” address is a US Post Office. Fortunately my credit card provider reversed the charges without any hassle.
Went to a lot of Dead shows and met a lot of great, kind people. There has always been an element, though, who took advantage of that kindness. Apparently, they ended up in this business. Even though I wrote to see if everything was okay in IL (P.O. Box), they will not respond to email. Ordered an item almost a month ago but still not shipped. Took my money for it, though. Sadly, no goodwill here. Avoid.
Had a sticker in the cart but bailed when I found it was more than $8 to ship the $4 sticker. A couple days later they wrote and asked if I was going to buy the sticker. I told them their shipping was too much and to lose my info which they insist you fill out to even use their checkout cart. The very next day I started to receive text spam for the first time. A tidal wave of text spam. I say they sold that data. F these guys.
They literally will not reply to any messages. I’ve reached out four times and radio silence. I’m missing my item which I needed Friday but they’re gone without a trace. Really irritated by this scam company.
