I ordered the navy floral dress in May, it never arrived, I repeatedly asked for a refund, i was repeatedly fobbed off, I reported the transaction to my bank, they emailed me to assure me they would investigate them, I screenshot the email and sent it to gravity london and 3 days later I got my refund. Don't let them scam you

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Arrived 3 months after ordered them despite me asking to cancel due to length of time waited. Cheap rubbish trainers, barely resembles picture, far too big … at least 2 sizes bigger than my normal size 6 shoes. Useless. China based customer services, awful communication. Stated that I received the size I ordered therefore not eligible for a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Absolute frauds do NOT buy from these. Order runners said €24 ended up being nearly €50 and the sent 2 sizes too big. Have themselves convinced they sent right size and offered me $3 for the inconvenience. They will not do refund or exchange

Do not order off them got a pair of sandals size 3 far to big not truer size. They are also cheap n nasty and won’t let me return for a refund

I ordered 2 pairs of boots size 7.5 (usually I wear size 7 or 7.5) on 7th November, they stated 7 day delivery. They arrived 8th January, very badly rolled up in plastic which was taped up like a bad return. The boots are clearly not as advertised: the soles are completely flat and rigid and they look more like a size 5. One zip will not go down at all, and the material is more like plastic than anything that resembles leather looking. I contacted them via email and sent photos as requested (no idea why they needed this) - they then keep responding "we did send the correct size you ordered, so it won't be supported to return or exchange.

They are thieves sent me complete rubbish after waiting 4 weeks ..ordered size 7 ..couldnt even get my foot in the cheap nasty pretend boots they shipped out ..refused a refund and told me to give them to someone who needed them ...and ignored my emails ..PLEASE DONT ORDER.!!!

Don't use this company. They are based in China. I ordered boots size 7 (40eu) they sent 42 (eu) they are far to big. They are blaming me for this. Offered me 3$ refund.So many bad reviews. I have taken my complaint to PayPal.

I ordered a dress from gravity fashion online. I had to attend a wedding in April 2018, so I wanted it asap. I ordered it on March 28,2018. I contacted them regarding payment, Hiren Patel from gravity fashion replied me on how to pay, and said they will deliver the dress by April 12. He also gave me watsapp no. of a person called Suresh from India +919638388385 so that I could get updates on my order. He was very prompt at leaving replies before placing the order. After I paid them about $150 cad. Hiren Patel from gravity fashion emailed me, regarding measurement form, After I filled the measurements form, i could never get hold of anyone. The months kept passing never heard from anyone . My dress never came. Wedding was over so I emailed and watsapp them to cancel my order and give me refund. Hiren never replied to my email, every time I contacted suresh through watsapp regarding my refund he would ask me the whole story again and again , It was only through texting on watsapp, he would hardly reply the same day hence it was very difficult to sustain a chat. He would ask me everything from beginning every time I followed up as if he didn’t keep any message history. It was very annoying and irresponsible behaviour and a horrible customer service. I kept emailing Hiren, then on. June 7 I got an email from him saying they have made a refund and also sent me a screenshot of the payment made but I never got any money, and after that nobody replied me( i will try to attach the screenshots of few of those emails here.) Its January 2019 now and I still am waiting. I don’t think so I will ever get my money back. Will have to figure out what legal action i can take against them. I wonder how their website is still operating!

This business is a scam. I ordered a dress in October 2018, paid, and never heard from them again. The wedding I needed this dress for is a week away and I haven't heard anything from them. Very disappointed and frantic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

It should have served as a warning to me that the only reviews they have are polar opposites - excellent and bad, with nothing in between.
I ordered my outfit online 2 months ago. Alarm bells should have rung when I had to chase them to send me the sizing information so I could give them my measurements. From this point I’ve heard nothing - I emailed for updates, I’ve asked for a refund with no response. The wedding I wanted this outfit for has long passed and I have neither a sari or my refund.
Heed my warning and buy elsewhere.

At the beginning when I was placing my order they were really helpful in terms of answering my questions and were replying quick too but due to an unexpected factor I had to cancel the order and when I informed them of it they were understanding and said to work on my refund asap. It has been more than a month and many back and forth emails which took way to long to reply back to find out where the refund process had gotten to. I kept being told that other has been done and that proof will be sent but I could see from my side that no sigh payment was made. I recently sent them an email again to try to find out what is going on and I am pretty sure I am being ignored. Do not order from here as their service is unprofessional amd I really doubt their ethics

It was for my graduation. I had to buy a saree and I found the perfect one on gravity fashion. Before ordering, the customer service was good. I would ask questions regarding certain changes that I required in the blouse and they would reply. After I ordered and gave the measurements, I sent numerous mails regarding the progress on the order or the estimated delivery date, but I received no response at all!!! After about 2-3weeks, they replied that they are not taking any orders as their director passed away from cancer -_- . At first, I believed them and asked them to transfer the money to my bank account... and again no reply. It’s been about a month since I ordered and I am still waiting for their reply so currently I’m at a loss of $96. Today I’ve sent a mail and if they don’t respond, I will have to contact the local police for my refund.

This is the best on line service I have used so far. They give you continues up dates of your order from start to finish. Customer service is more than a five star. Quality of stitching is very good. I was not disappointed and will continue to order from them again.

Most irresponsible people. This is not a business. Since day one, I have had problems with lack of communication with Suresh Nagar and Hiren Patel. They are only after money. They guaranteed numerous times to send bridal dress by a certain date and then the item was not delivered until AFTER my wedding.

Not only that, they never sent sample images of the working progress of the item which I asked over 10 times. Not to my surprise, the final product (aside from arriving after my wedding was completely flawed and not what I ordered.)

Finally because of their irresponsible behavior, they asked me to send back the item so I could get a full refund. The item has been sent back via certified mail but NO REFUND received yet. It has been about 4 months now. And now they will not respond to calls or emails or facebook messages. Again, this is not a real business, only fraud and thief. Please do not purchase from them. They will take $1000 easily and not render service.

UPDATE:

As soon as I posted the review above, Suresh Nagar immediately contacted me and apologized and requested that I take down the reviews from both websites. He assured me that I would be getting my refund and then bribed me with a $300 discount if I gave them another chance. I was foolish enough to give him the benefit of the doubt and removed my reviews. He also requested that I get whatsapp so that he can call me for free (I guess a $5 phone call to the United States is too much for them, yet losing $1000 on bridal wear has no value to him). It has now been yet another month and he has not returned any of my calls or emails. And of course no refund. As I mentioned previously, this is not a business. It is a scam and I would advise everyone to stay away and never purchase anything from them. You will 100% NOT be satisfied and lose all your money.

I had never heard of gravity fashion so was a bit hesitant to order. But was very pleased with my purchase. The dresses are similar to other online ones available. But prices were much better and the quality of stitching was very good. Customer service was great and responsive quickly when I emailed a question. Hi placed an order for 5 bridesmaids outfit. I was scared after reading their reviews and did contact to Hiren Patel regarding the same. He promised me that my order will be delivered on time and seriously I received my outfits before time. I am happy with the quality and services.

I placed an order on May 23, 2018, and I received a measurement form to submit my measurements; however between May 24 and June 4, 2018 I was not able to have my measurements done. My order was NEVER MADE because the measurements were never sent, which was a requirement for my order. So on June 4, 2018 I sent an email to Hiren Patel, who was the person I was in contact with since May 16 ,2018, which was days before I ever placed my order; I emailed Hiren Patel to cancel the two orders I placed on May 23, 2018. However to my surprise I NEVER RECEIVED another email from Hiren Patel to date; and today is July 18, 2018. So I decided to contact the support customer service for Gravity fashion via email on June 5, 2018, and to my surprise to date they have not responded to me nor have they refunded my money back to me. I will continue to pursue this until Gravity Fashion refunds my money. However I WARN YOU TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NEVER SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Never get my Order. They keep my money, but they dont delivered.
