My three outfits never arrived. I waited an extra month. At first they would reply to my e-mail and then after the month, it was no replies. I finally gave up and notified my credit card company to get the refund.

POOR QUALITY + WON'T FIX YOUR ORDERS!!!
I ordered my outfits from Gravity customed-stitched and NONE of my outfits fitted properly. I was disappointed to discover my items were CHEAP QUALITY compared to the website pictures. I spent more money repairing the items with another tailor. I requested them to replace the pants to one of my outfits, which they agreed to but never did. I patiently waited for weeks, their contact person Pranav kept promising to send the replacement pants, which I never received. I'm truly disappointed in their product quality and that Pranav has LIED TO ME about my pants. I will never order here again and would advise others to purchase elsewhere!

Cannot recommend highly enough.
My made to measure saree arrived promptly as promised, and is true to the website photographs.
I had a few queries regarding measurements and both Pranav & Mishika were extremely helpful and patient.
