A friend recommended Gray and Bull to me and the service was impeccable - friendly, informative, reassuring. Everyone I spoke to from the employee who helped me choose a frame , the doctor who tested my eyes and talked me through my various eye issues and put up with my endless questions to the person who discussed lenses with me and how long it would take to fulfil my order were totally professional and experienced and listened closely to what I had to say. to people I know.

One year on and hear I am again to tell you of my suberb visit to Gray & Bull in Nottingham City Centre. Yet again I would like to share my delight of there professalism & support from start to finish.So I hope you read my review last year and called in to recieve the most delightful welcome with the upmost professional experience from the whole team. In the coming months a refurbishment is to take place so if you haven't popped in to recieve the exceptional service they offer already with fashionable eyewear I tell you your missing out.

Really great experience. I’m a returning customer because the service is excellent and the attention to detail is spot on. They have a great range of frames from niche brands that are 100% better quality than the standard offer from other opticians. They know what they are talking about and will offer suggestions that fit with your lifestyle.

Excellent eyewear, all the spectacles frames are so unique and are all hand made, beautifully designed, I now going to get all my future glasses from Gray and bull opticians.

Extremely disappointed. All the hype about being a good trustworthy opticians. Definitely not!!! Had nothing but trouble, now on my 3rd prescription in less than 8 months due to their poor quality of work. They refuse to admit liability for making me so ill I had to take 3 days off work due to severe eye strain. I’m now going to issue court proceedings for loss of earnings and the costs associated with my expensive useless eyewear. Things are so bad from Gray and Bull I’m using my old glasses from Vision Express.

Their costs are extortionate and not quality, the lenses from Nikon are poor quality as are their frames. Please avoid this place at all costs

I've never seen such a wide selection of high quality brands in my time of wearing glasses. Great choice and great friendly service; the staff are all very knowledgeable.
