I visited Dr Janjua at his practice today. I am a very anxious person and he took the time to chat with me and make me feel at ease before starting the consultation and then after explained his findings to me in a way I could understand and referred me to the relevant people to continue my care. He had extensive knowledge in the issues I face and I am so happy I chose to go with him. Thank you so much Dr Janjua!

I can't thank Dr Sheeraz Janjua enough for diagnosing BVD and changing my life. After 20 plus years of not being able to drive on motorways & dual carriageways, without what I thought were panic attacks, after only 4 days with prism glasses I can now do both & feel safe. Dr Janjua is kind, professional, thorough, explains everything well & is very keen to help. He told me he could change my life and he has. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Amazing sight test

John Flynn optometrist is superbly led by Dr Janjua, who is highly qualified and I highly recommend anyone with eye problems to see him.

First attended John Flynn opticians to see Dr Janjua in May last year, when I was distraught at my recent Dry AMD diagnosis and the total lack of any recommendation for treatment by the NHS. After the recommended courses of light therapy, which finished in October 2025, my symptoms have been gradually reducing. I am likely to have another course of treatment later this year if necessary, but delighted with the results so far. Many thanks for your expertise and care.

Since moving to Brigg 5 years ago we have always used O'Brien's opticians and have been very impressed by Dr Janjua's expertise and knowledge. He explains in simple layman terms what is going on with our eyes and we feel confident that the care of our eyesight as we age is in good hands. His staff are friendly and helpful.

The light treatments offered by Dr Janjua at John Flynn Opticians have completely cured my dry AMD and dry eye symptoms. The MacuShield tablets have removed the ‘floaters’ in my eyes as well. The glasses that Dr Janjua has prescribed for me over the last several years, while not cheap, have been very good indeed. I thoroughly recommend John Flynn Opticians!
