Amazing opticians! Lovely frames and the service is brilliant! I broke my glasses 1 day after having them and they were very kind to have fixed them for me free of charge!

My attendance today was to pick up reglazed spectacles following a review and new prescription. I noticed a difference in vision as soon as I put them one. I enjoy going to Indy because he explains what is happening with your eyes and puts you at ease, undertaking a thorough examination. Imogen and Viktoria, who sort you out with your specs, are also very friendly and helpful. You're made welcome and assistance and advice are given without any element of pressure. I heartily recommend and will continue to go there as long as they will have me.

Brilliant customer service and a very knowledgeable and compassionate optician. Things I’ve struggled with for years were thoroughly explained and a treatment regime sorted which is making a big difference. As for the choice of frames……the best!

The ladies at reception are absolutely exceptional! Couldn't fault them, would be 5 stars of it wasn't for the optometrist coming across quite rude when I asked a question and was told "not to believe everything on the internet"...

As a professional pilot, both military and civil, I have had many eye-tests over the last 6-decades. But none matched the first-class treatment and instruction I received yesterday from Indervir (Indy) at Loxley Opticians. It was absolutely superb.

Exceptional, personalised service from an extremely diligent independent optometrist. They really take the time to make sure everything is just perfect. A level of truly excellent service that you just don't get from large chains.

With an eye test due, I really didn't fancy the kind of impersonal service on offer from big optician chains again so I was easily persuaded to try Loxley. The service and advice have been excellent - both friendly and professional; the choice of fashionable frames far more inspiring than at high street opticians; and this is the first time that varifocal lenses have felt instantly comfortable. I highly recommended them.

This is an all too rare example of an optician that carries various ranges of great, fashionable frames that you'd normally only see in mainland Europe or Asia. Indervir (Indy) was extremely helpful for what was a comparatively small issue for an optician - my (non-UK purchased) glasses needed a replacement hinge and were from a discontinued range.

Indy made contact with the manufacturer (who no longer operates in the UK, only mainland Europe) and obtained replacement hinges, which he installed for free. Incredibly efficient and very friendly. I heartily recommend Loxley opticians.
